Angelina Fitzhugh
Angelina Fitzhugh was raised in Anchorage, Alaska, where she had the opportunity to travel and perform with the Alaska Children's Choir. After moving to California, she received degrees in Music Education and Education Administration from the University of the Pacific and Santa Clara University. Angelina began teaching at JLS Middle School in 2001 with a small choir of 14 students. Today, her program has grown to accommodate over 200 singers. She is a sought after clinician and honor choir conductor. Angelina has been recognized by the Palo Alto Education Association for her excellence in the classroom, the Outstanding Choral Music Educator from the CMEA Bay Section in 2013 and the Outstanding Bay Area Music Educator in 2024. Angelina lives with her children and her cats in Half Moon Bay.

Susie Martone
Susie grew up singing in school choirs and pursued a formal music education at James Madison University and Florida State University, where she earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in music education. She taught elementary music and high school chorus in Fairfax, Virginia, where her choirs regularly received excellent and superior ratings at festivals and competitions, before relocating to the Bay Area in 2009. Before joining the Henry Gunn High School she was the choral director at Frank S. Greene Middle School in Palo Alto.
Previously, Susie taught in Marin County, CA for seven years, where she built the choral program at White Hill Middle School and founded a community youth choir, which led to the reinstatement of the choral program at Redwood High School.
Susie has performed at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts as a member of the Washington Chorus, as well as other venues with choral groups in Washington, DC and San Francisco.
